PEZZORGNA PACKING LINE
It is composed by 6 packing stations,with parking for two baskets, in waiting

and working position.

Each station has a hydraulic lifter with a maximum load of 2500 kg (5,511

Lbs.), with automatic change, by motorized chains and exit roll-way for empty

baskets.

The pack is formed over trolleys, that moves on a motorized roll-away, that

automatically feeds the strapping machine.

Exit chain for finished pack, with two exits (right and left), each of them

equipped with a 2500 kg (5,511 Lbs.) automatic weighing system and paper card

printing system.

The six packing systems are positioned in two rows:

three on the right and three on the left, with a central roll way, feeding the

strapping machine.

Dimensions of the packs:             550mm (22") x 550mm (22")
with 3-4 or 5 woods, pre-cut wooden battens to 1300mm (51") each and FROMM

steel automatic strapping machine, with a 50 kg spool.
